We will arrange a set time for your session.
You will then find a comfortable place at home, the bed or the couch, you lay down and close your eyes.
Then you will enjoy the relaxation and whatever else you might notice, sense or experience for 30 minutes.
After the session, drink plenty of water. You can share your experience per Mail with me afterwards if you like.
